Defendant's Responsibilities  

 

It is your responsibility to keep the court informed of your current address.  The court generally communicates with you about your case via U.S. Mail.   Please update your contact information with the court clerk to ensure your receive important information from the court.

• Appear in court for each court date

• Pay Fines and Court Costs as Ordered

• Keep Court informed of current mailing address

 

 

What to Bring to Court

• Driver’s License or State ID

• Citation (If you have it)

• Printed, Signed copy of your Attorney Recommendation (If you are represented by counsel.)

Electronic copies will not be accepted in court.

 

Court Attire

• Appropriate dress is required.

• No obscene slogans on clothing, hats, or cell phones.

• Shirt and shoes are required
